These terms govern your use of Workybara (workybara.ai), a registered California business ("Workybara", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Workybara is a job search service. It aggregates job listings from third-party sources across the web (company career pages, applicant tracking systems, and job boards) and matches them against the profile you build. Workybara is free for job seekers. Workybara is not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiting agent, and is not a party to any application or employment relationship between you and an employer.
Listings are collected from external sources and belong to the employers who posted them. We work to keep them fresh, but we do not control them and cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, still open, or that the employer will respond. A listing appearing on Workybara is not an endorsement of the employer, and matching well with a job is not a promise of an interview, an offer, or employment. Verify important details on the employer's own site before relying on them.
Match scores and skill comparisons are generated by Workybara using our own automated analysis of your profile and the public text of each listing. They are our estimate, provided to help you prioritize your search. They are not produced by, shared with, or endorsed by any employer, and they have no connection to any employer's actual selection criteria or hiring process. Employers do not see your scores. A high score is not a qualification and a low score is not a rejection; use your own judgment when deciding where to apply.
You agree not to:
You own your resume and profile. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display it to you, and to use it to operate the matching features you ask for, as described in the Privacy Policy. Delete your account and that license ends.
The Workybara name, mascot, design, and software are our property. These terms do not grant you rights to them beyond using the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Workybara is currently in beta; features may change, break, or be removed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workybara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities (including employment opportunities), arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You can stop using Workybara and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusing the service. We may also discontinue the service; if we do, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If we change these terms materially, we will update the date above and note the change on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
