Frequently asked questions

Is Workybara free?

Yes, and it will stay free for job seekers. That is a commitment, not a promotional period. If Workybara ever charges anyone, it will not be the people looking for work.

Do you sell my data?

No. Your resume and profile are used to match you with jobs, nothing else. We never sell your data, never share it with employers without your action, and never use it to train third-party models.

Where do the jobs come from?

We crawl company career pages, applicant tracking systems, and job boards across the web, from large platforms to small company sites. Listings come straight from the source.

How fresh are the listings?

Sources are rechecked on a regular cycle, typically within a day or two. Because listings live on third-party sites, a role can still close before our next crawl notices. When we can no longer verify a listing, we remove it.

Why did I see a job that turned out to be closed?

The employer closed it after our last check. This is the honest cost of aggregating from across the web rather than only listing jobs employers pay to post. If you hit one, the next crawl will usually clear it.

Do I have to upload a resume?

The For-You feed works from your profile, and a resume is the fastest way to build one. You can also build your profile by hand. Either way you review and edit everything before it is used for matching.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email contact@workybara.ai from your account email address and we will delete your account and associated data. A self-serve deletion button is on the roadmap; until it ships, deletion is handled directly and confirmed to you by email.

Can I sign up right now?

Workybara is in a closed beta. You can leave your email on the homepage and we will invite you as capacity opens up.
