Experience: 10+ YearsMust Have10+ years of hands-on experience in all facets of the web application development life cycle, from requirement analysis, architecture, design, code, UAT and post-implementation revisions.
Worked on Tools like Java, JSP, Servlets, spring,Struts 1.2, Struts2, Hibernate, Web Services, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, JSTStrong communication skills both written and verbalStrong leadership skills and ability to self-manageAbility to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Understanding of web development phasesGood to HaveExtensively worked in the area of Product Development and complex technical projects.
Customer facing, gathering specifications and communicating effectively to the development teamManage, interface and define responsibilities
