Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a strong, senior developer to help lead an AI-forward modernization of our software. We are moving existing applications onto modern web applications and platforms. We want smart

people who take ownership, work independently, and thrive using AI while keeping strong fundamentals.

• A clear communicator who enjoys working directly with business users and other engineers.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain modern web applications, APIs and integrations.

• Lead the migration from legacy systems to new platforms: rebuilding features, migrating data and supporting cutover.

• Learn and work with platforms such as Zoho as part of the new stack. No prior experience is needed.

• Turn business requirements into reliable, intuitive features.

• Support users in production and keep improving the systems.

Required

• 5+ years of professional software development across front end and back end.

• Strong Python (Django a plus) and JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern framework (React, Angular or Vue).

• Solid SQL, ideally Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience building RESTful APIs, using Git and working in an Agile team.

Preferred

• Experience with Delphi, FoxPro or Zoho.

• Legacy migration experience.

• Experience with Azure, Docker and CI/CD.
