To Apply for this Job Click Here IDR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lansing, Michigan. In this role, you’ll support a large-scale public sector initiative by building and enhancing Salesforce functionality using modern development best practices. You’ll work alongside technical leads and a delivery team to develop reliable solutions that improve system performance, usability, and maintainability. Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer: Develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and enhancements to meet project needs Build and support Apex (classes/triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) within an established Salesforce architecture Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and support data model-driven development Assist with automation (Flows, validation rules) and support integrations with external systems via APIs Participate in code reviews, deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support Requirements for the Salesforce Developer: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex and Lightning) Experience building and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) in real-world implementations Strong working knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling fundamentals Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification and an active Trailblazer account Familiarity with common Salesforce development tools and practices (SFDX, VS Code, Git, deployments) What’s in it for you?
