Job Description: Location: Charlestown, Massachusetts Looking for a fast-paced manufacturing role with steady hours? CoWorx is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Associate in the Charlestown, MA area! This position will help prepare quality food products for shipment to customers. 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM Responsibilities: Package, weigh, label, and prepare finished products for shipping Inspect products and packaging for quality Organize completed orders and maintain accurate records Follow safety, quality, and food manufacturing procedures Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Desired Background/Skills: Must be 18 years old or older Manufacturing experience required Ability to read basic English Food manufacturing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and reliability Other Information: Start immediately and become part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality food products.
