Skills:

LAN/WAN and SD-WAN:

Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Cisco CCNP/CCIE Routing and Switching certification is desirable
In depth working knowledge at L3 (Level-3) of Cisco LAN, WAN, SD-WAN (CISCO Viptela highly desirable) and data center infrastructure, configuration, and operations
In depth working knowledge at L3 (Level-3) of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), carrier WAN and Internet offerings, cloud network services.
In depth working knowledge at L3 (Level-3) of Cisco LAN switching technologies including STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLANs, EtherChannel and switch stacking; proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, implementing QoS, and managing network segmentation and redundancy.
In depth working knowledge at L3 (Level-3) of firewalls, Zscaler and load balancer(F5) infrastructure, configuration, and operations.

Wireless:

Cisco CCIE Wireless / Aruba Expert Level (ACMX, ACDX, ACCX) certification is desirable
Certified Wireless Networking Professional (CWNP) and Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) is desirable
Has thorough knowledge of WiFi network infrastructure and understanding of software defined networking.
In depth knowledge of Wireless LAN (Cisco WLAN, Cisco Client, Aruba WLAN, Aruba Clearpass, Aruba Central, Aruba Naas) and private 5G (eg Celona) solutions
