Description
Microsoft Platform Architect
Location: Seattle, WA (3 days per week onsite)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Overview
Seeking a Microsoft Platform Architect to lead enterprise identity, security, endpoint management, and Zero Trust initiatives. This role combines hands-on engineering with architecture and technical leadership.
Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, and Active Directory modernization.

Design passwordless authentication, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security solutions.

Architect Intune, Windows Autopilot, and cloud-first endpoint management.

Lead Global Secure Access and secure connectivity initiatives.

Develop identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance processes.

Build PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation solutions.

Partner with infrastructure, security, and business teams to drive platform strategy.
Requirements
-
8+ years of Microsoft infrastructure engineering experience.
-
5+ years of Microsoft identity engineering.
-
5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration and architecture.
-
5+ years of Intune and endpoint engineering.
-
3+ years of software, tools, or automation development.
-
Experience leading enterprise transformations and designing Zero Trust architecture.
Preferred Experience: Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, ADFS, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and identity governance.
