Machining Operator Bowling Green, KYPay: $18.00/hourFull-Time | 1st and 2nd Shift Available Schedule 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM Machining Operator Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred Ability to read and understand basic English Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer and mathematical skills Ability to use measuring tools, such as calipers Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to identify unusual operating conditions and respond appropriately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Key Responsibilities Monitor automated CNC machining lines used to produce aluminum alloy billets for forging presses Ensure equipment operates within established parameters Handle materials using a forklift and overhead crane as needed Monitor product quality and follow established quality standards Make machine offset adjustments when necessary and authorized Complete required production paperwork and documentation Perform machine changeovers as needed Identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all production procedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned About the Machining Operator Role Crown Staffing is hiring Machining Operators in Bowling Green, KY.
