Coiling Machine Operator 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to assist with running and maintaining machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards. Operates and or assists with running machines in the Coiling department. Ability to use gauges to measure inner (ID) or outer (OD) diameter. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the set-up man or lead man. Soldering of core and re-work of product when needed. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Must be able to perform but not limited to the following tasks: repetitive hand movements, bending/twisting conduit, lift/carry/move/push/pull material 10 – 65lbsAbility to break/cut and trim ends of conduit with cutting tool. Standing for long periods of timeMust be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated above. Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-up. Able to work overtime. Observe safety regulations and follow company policies. Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Able to operate the time and attendance system.
